Do I have to order embroidery to use your digitizing service?
No. Embroidery digitizing is a standalone service. You can request a stitch file without purchasing embroidered apparel.
What artwork should I send?
Send the best-quality version of your logo you have. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal, but high-resolution JPG or PNG files also work.
Which machine file formats do you provide?
Tell us the format your machine uses in the request form and we will confirm it with you before we start.
How much does digitizing cost and how long does it take?
It depends on the size and complexity of the design. Submit your artwork and we will contact you with a price and timeline.
